This is a 45-degree free weight loaded leg press machine.

Frame construction is out of 7 gage 4x2 main frame rails; lower frame is built out of 3x2 11-gage tubing.

Seat frame and sled built of 2x2 11 gage all mig welded with open tubes steel cap welded and ground smooth.

Seat is built with 20 degree lower lumbar back support and adjustable seat angle. Adjustment tube uses a safety lock devise and is activated via ½” pop pin.

Rear frame has a dual weight horn mounted, one each side for plate storage.

1 ¼” Class-L shafting is mounted under the 4x2 main rail to track (4) 660 lb. linear bearings mounted in a 2.25” DOM bearing tube. Bearings held in by snap rings for easy maintenance.

Bearing carriage is a heavy solid welded frame to eliminate flex of the weight sled.

The sled is a built of 2x2 & 4x2 11gage-tube frame. The footplate is 40”x 22”, (2) angle (20 degree ) footplates covered with 3/16” alum tread plate.

Sled includes a 5” round calf block at the base of the deck.

Two 4” 1000 lb. rated urethane K wheels with heavy timpkin needle bearings spanners are mounted under the sled that ride frame.

Stop handles are mounted in a spring mount on the frame to absorb sled impact.

Stop handles have 2 sled stops at 6” spacing to allow for leg length difference.

Sled has (2) weight tubes, a short upper tube welded up behind foot deck, and a bolt on lower tube giving a plate load of 40- 45lb plates on the sled.

Quick adjust safety stops that are spring loaded and non-removable.

Frame splits at seat junction for shipping and easier movement. Bolt plates have 1” bent handles welded to them and covered with a foam grip for user support.

Unit is powder coated to customers color preference.
